OISOI celebrates and collaborates with true artisan food makers around the globe.
We are honoured to announce that Chef Leo Chan from Hong Kong will now join OISOI and creates OISOI bespoke designed flavours of artisan patisserie masterpieces.
Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Chan travelled the world and accumulated substantial experiences at Michelin Starred restaurants such as Gordon Ramsay Group & Fortnum and Mason food store.
His design concept interprets truly the definition of “When East Meets West” with balanced ingredients and noticeable passion & enthusiasm.
As a kind gesture, OISOI Royal Wharf restaurant will provide a complimentary piece of artisan patisserie of your choice, shared between two guests this Friday & Saturday when you dine with us.
